Adds supports for the features of the new WiseTrader Toolbox

A new version of the WiseTrader Toolbox has been released! The following are some of the highlights in this release.

• Four new neural network training algorithms: SARPROP, RPROP, IRPROP, ARPROP
• Random data shuffling.
• You can now also select the output error algorithm. You can now select between linear and TanH.

Please note trained neural networks created with the previous version will not work.

• Added new adaptor 'Fractal' designed for oscillator indicators like RSI, CCI etc.
• Fixed parameter problem when putting multiple adaptive indicators on the same pane.

• Minor bug fix and improvement in neural networks.
